Prices are including all taxes and fees (also community tax of EUR 3,60 and public transfer tax 0,90). 
Short term fee  for 1 - 3 nights: EUR 5 - 15 per night

cancelling untill 60 days before arrival free
60 - 30 days before arrival  40 % of the total amount
30 - 7 days before arrival   70 % of the total amount
7 - 0 days and no show    90 % of the total amount

After reservation we take a payment in advance of 25 % per banktransfer or credit card.
Restpayment please when you arrive by cash or EC-Card (Maestro), we accept also credit-cards, but take a handling charge of 2%.
Or per banktransfer 1 week before arrival.
